Cell Thawing
Rapidly thaw frozen cells in a 37°C water bath, centrifuge to remove cryopreservation solution, and inoculate into pre-warmed complete culture medium;
Cell Passaging
Passage cells using trypsin digestion when confluence reaches 80%~85% to avoid overgrowth and aging;
Daily Maintenance
Observe cell status and medium color daily, replace culture medium every 2~3 days;
Contamination Prevention
Regular UV sterilization of biosafety cabinets, maintain aseptic technique throughout, and regularly test for mycoplasma and fungal contamination.
