Cell Culture Flasks
Cell culture flasks are essential sterile consumables for in vitro cell culture. We offer flasks in various specifications—T25 (25 cm²), T75 (75 cm²), and T175 (175 cm²)—manufactured via injection molding using high-clarity, medical-grade polystyrene (PS). They are suitable for the thawing, expansion, subculturing, and banking of the vast majority of adherent and suspension cell lines.
Available in both untreated and TC-treated versions, these flasks undergo a high-precision vacuum plasma surface modification process, resulting in a flat, uniform culture surface with excellent optical clarity and no cytotoxicity. Produced entirely in Class 100,000 cleanrooms, they are sterile, pyrogen-free, and free of DNase/RNase. With excellent batch-to-batch consistency, they ensure optimal cell attachment, spreading, and stable proliferation. They meet diverse experimental needs ranging from small-scale culture and routine expansion to large-scale cell production, making them widely applicable in routine research, cell banking, drug screening, recombinant protein expression, and batch sample preparation.
Product Features
- High-quality Materials, Excellent Light Transmittance:High-transparent material with no scratches or impurities. Clear microscopic observation field for real-time observation of cell morphology and growth status.
- TC Treatment, Excellent Adhesion Effect:Professional vacuum plasma surface treatment significantly improves cell adhesion ability, suitable for stable growth of adherent cells with uniform cell spreading and low detachment rate.
- Sterile and Safe, No Exogenous Contamination:Gamma ray sterilization, sterile, pyrogen-free, and nuclease-free to prevent cell contamination and experimental interference.
- Sealed Design, Strong Practicality:Available in vented cap and sealed cap specifications. Vented caps are suitable for CO2 culture environments, sealed caps can be used for sealed culture and cell transport.
- Uniform Wall Thickness, No Deformation:Fine craftsmanship with sturdy bottle body, temperature and centrifugation resistant, no deformation or leakage during culture.
